- Annual Westview HOSA Fee: $50, which covers affiliation and helps offset the costs of attending both SLC and ILC.
- SLC Fees: The total cost to attend SLC is roughly around $200-$300. Additional fees may apply depending on substitute coverage for missed school days.
- ILC Fees: Attending ILC can exceed $1,000, covering registration, travel, and lodging.
Refunds may not be available if you pull out of attending after the drop date. Please ensure you're committed before registering to avoid penalties.

Yes, we understand that the fees may be difficult for some students. We will host fundraising events throughout the year to help lower costs for all participants. If you have concerns about covering the cost, please contact us early, and additional aid may be available based on the school’s extracurricular budget.
The Oregon HOSA State Leadership Conference (SLC) is a 2-day event held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Portland. Students stay in reserved rooms at the hotel. Competitions are held over one of the two days, depending on the student's event.
The International Leadership Conference (ILC) is a 4-day event held in Nashville, Tennessee. To qualify for ILC, students must place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in their event at SLC. ILC follows a similar format to SLC but hosts over 20,000 competitors.
When not competing, students attending ILC will have many opportunities to explore the city, hangout with friends, and visit popular tourist spots. It's a super fun way to meet future health professionals from around the world!
